LiveGood states that it collects information from its website in several ways. During registration it asks for information such as your name, phone number and email address. You may also be asked for personal information when you report a problem with the site or services, or otherwise contact LiveGood.

LiveGood states that it also collects information using cookies — small pieces of information stored by your browser — which allow it to automatically link customers to their personalised accounts. The policy notes that most web browsers automatically accept cookies and asks you to check your browser's guidelines if you wish to prevent them.

LiveGood states that it may use individual information for any legally permissible purpose at the company's sole discretion, including providing promotional offers by email advertising, telephone marketing and direct mail marketing, among other possible uses. The policy also states that LiveGood has the right to sell or otherwise distribute individual contact information to third parties for marketing or other purposes.

LiveGood states that if you do not wish them to use your personal information to promote or sell products and services, or to sell, transfer or otherwise provide personal information about you to third parties, you may inform them at any time by emailing customer service at support@livegood.com, and they will honour that request.

This site does not collect registration details, take payments or store customer accounts — those all happen on LiveGood's own website under LiveGood's policy above. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits, and it only loads after you accept the cookie notice. Declining leaves the site fully usable and no analytics cookies are set.
