Where LiveGood ships
LiveGood states that they ship products worldwide.
Delivery times
LiveGood states that standard shipping time is 5–7 business days or sooner for shipments within the United States, and 2–3 weeks for international shipments.
Shipping cost
LiveGood states that shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the products and on your location, and that the shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay, so you can decide whether to continue or remove items from your cart.
Tracking your order
LiveGood states that order status and tracking information can be viewed from your account under Order History.
Cancelling an order
LiveGood states that shipping and fulfilment begin as soon as an order is submitted and that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. If you placed an order and do not want it, LiveGood states you can ship it back for a refund, which is issued once the product is received at their warehouse.
