Terms of Use

LiveGood's Terms and Conditions (dated as of May 18, 2022) state that they were established to explain and define the rights and responsibilities of LiveGood and its independent Customers, Members and Affiliates, and that while most of the terms focus on being an Affiliate, they apply to everyone, including Customers and Members.

The summary below covers only a few points from that document. It is not the full terms — read the official document linked above before relying on it.

The terms state that applicants must have reached the age of majority — usually eighteen (18) years of age — in the jurisdiction in which they reside, and that the right to accept, renew or deny any Customer, Member or Affiliate remains solely with the company.

The terms state that the contract is valid for one (1) year from the date of sign-up and is automatically renewed each year after that by maintaining an active status in LiveGood.

The terms state that there are no required product purchases to maintain your status as a Customer, Member or Affiliate.

The terms state that a Customer, Member or Affiliate is an independent contractor, responsible for their own business expenses, decisions and actions, and must not represent themselves as an agent, employee, partner or joint venturer of the company.

The code of conduct in the terms requires that members be truthful in representing the products, make no product claim that is not approved by or supported by official company publications, and make no misleading claims or guarantees about products or potential earnings. It also requires compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
